Locala Community Partnerships is a community interest company – a kind of social enterprise – contracted to provide NHS community health care services for Kirklees. These services include district nursing, school nursing, health visiting, community dental, speech and language therapy plus many more. We are a membership organisation with members being employees or local people aged 14 and above. We work at the heart of the local community and believe in giving back to the local community. Our employees are shareholders and we are the 14th largest employee-owned business in the UK. We have recently been awarded the Investors In People Silver Award.
